We are making regular updates to Pukka Team, adding new features and functionality all the time! Please feel free to send us feedback about our updates or any suggestions for functionality you would like to see.We support all the major browsers, some natively, others by means of an Adobe Flash fallback. If you prefer to use Safari or Internet Explorer, you will need the latest stable version of Adobe Flash installed. It has a very low impact on your computer’s CPU and memory as it’s running in your web browser. It requires very little processing, and where possible, we do as much ‘processing’ on our side. All communications between your browser and our server are encrypted using industry standard SSL.
You can contact us through [email protected], we will look into your problem and get back to you as soon as we can.
We have native video calling, where you can have conference calls with up to 20 people (depending on which pricing package you're on). To be able to use Skype video calling, you will need: Once you have a Skype account, navigate to your Pukka Team settings (via the top right menu under your profile picture), add your Skype username and save and you're ready to go.
The first time you click to call someone you may be prompted with a popup asking which app you want to launch.
Pukka Team takes regular snapshots of each of your team members throughout the day while they’re logged in and shares them in real-time with members of the same team and easily video call a team member with the app, helping build a virtual workplace.
This is especially useful for remote teams and large companies - no more physically checking if someone is there or wondering why they’re not answering the phone - just quickly glance over at the Pukka Team app to see if someone is available. It’s used to build team presence, foster better collaboration and improve your company culture and staff relationships.
